Tiny Tim Finds Love

TRENTON, N. J.-Tiny Tim is getting married. The long-haired singer revealed yesterday that he fell madly in love in a Philadelphia department store with Viki Budinger, 17, a recent high school graduate from nearby Haddonfield. Tim doesn't reveal his age, but observers think it's somewhere in the mid-40s. This doesn't bother Tim, tho, who ad, "I'm 19 years old at heart." No date has been set for the event.
